Time and time again we hear about how the final stages of a build are behind schedule. We have learned why the hard way, but learned nonetheless. What we learned was that construction stage delays accrue and become noticeable at fit out and MEP stages, which is made worse when procurement and material schedules are lax. For that reason, it will come as no surprise that we carry later stages planning side by side with construction planning from the first day, to keep things neat and in sync.
